Noveske Rifleworks is one of the famous firearms brands that has been cooperating with the airsoft industry since it started in the 2000s and its accessories, external parts as well as complete rifles have been replicated for airsoft under license since then. Airsoft players may want to look forward on the possibility that its latest rifle series, the Chainsaw, will be replicated for airsoft use.

The announcement of the Noveske Chainsaw and claiming it to be the “People’s Rifle” which basically is an affordable version of their rifles can be a welcome development to those who want to become owners of their rifles. Furthermore, the company said that, “Chainsaw will now be Noveske’s forged product offering based on a hybrid of our Gen 1 and Gen 4 designs. We have modified the basic M4 look to match our Gen 4 aesthetic of intentional lines and smooth fit.”

There will be three configurations to this line up and two caliber options (5.56mm and 300BLK) for those who are looking into snapping these up. Apart from being complete rifles, there is also an option to get a complete upper receiver or a complete lower that comes with a flared magwell and Magpul parts such as the Magpul MOE SL Stock, Magpul MOE K2 Grip, and Magpul enhanced aluminum trigger guard.

As for pricing, the rifle version is US$1,975; the SBR version is US$1,800; and the Pistol version at US$1,850. For the complete lower receiver, pricing ranges at US$675 – US$680 which is not relaly much of a price difference whilst the complete upper ranges from US$1,125 to US$1,300 depending on the caliber and length selected.

This product line, as its name suggests, is intended for hard and practical use. It will be Noveske’s utilitarian offering, with the same quality and dependability, at a price point open to more users.

Chainsaw will only be offered in black anodizing. It’s up to you to be creative and build out your chainsaw rifle. Think of it as buying a stock Tacoma.
