"In this video we will remove the gearbox from an AR based replica in airsoft. This would be relevant to replicas such as the M4, M16, ARP and any other AR based airsoft replicas.

Here we start with the upper removed. If you need details on removing the upper, full instructions are included in this previous video.

Once removed we will open the version 2 gearbox together and touch on a few of the internal components. This would apply to any airsoft version 2 gearbox with only minor differences in some cases. Ideal if you are just looking to change a spring for example. Re assembly is the reverse of disassembly. We will not go into to much detail for re assembly as that will depend on what tasks you are carrying out in the box."
