Finally we get to see an announcement new round of airsoft guns from LCT Airsoft. The Taiwan-based airsoft company that is highly specialized in replicating Soviet and Russian weapons designs dropped into our inbox four upcoming AEGs that airsoft players can look forward to owning --- the LPPK-20, LCK-19, MRK-74 & MRK-105 AEGs/EBBs

There is a lack of information regarding the specifications of these AEGs, but for now we shall assume that the internals are the same as the AEGs similar to these that are in production at LCT Airsoft such as the LCK series. However, the MRKs seem to be a new series and we expect them to announce further information in the next few weeks.

Let’s start first with the LPPK-20 and LCK-19 (AEGs/EBBs):

Both AEGs are based on the more contemporary designs from Kalashnikov concern and are updated versions of the PP-19-01 Vityaz-SN and the AK-12 assault rifle, the official service rifle of the Russian Army.

LPPK-20 (2020 Version)

The LPPK-20 is the updated PP-19-01 Vityaz AEG and is based on the PPK-20 SMG. If LCT Airsoft has faithfully replicated the PPK-20 externally, then the LPPK-20 has compact size, lower weight, optional quick-detachable sound and flash suppressor, folding telescopic polymer buttstock, ergonomic pistol grip and ambidextrous fire selector switch. It is also easier to mount weapons accessories with the Picatinny rails. However, as this is the 2020 version, it does not have the M-LOK hanguard as the 2022 update of the PPK-20 is M-LOK equipped and has Diopter iron sights.

LCK-19

A quick glance at the LCK-19 AEG will remind us immediately of the AK-12 that is now seeing action in the Russo-Ukraine War and is sought after by Ukrainian soldiers through captured weapons in the battlefield as it is the most modern Kalashnikov.  The LCK-19 is based on the AK-19, which compared to the AK-12 has the following changes: redesigned polymer L-shaped stock;  the pistol grip and trigger guard is also a redesign; new rotary diopter rear sigh; and a birdcage-type flash suppressor for QD suppressors.

Both the LPPK-20 and LCK-19 AEGs share the same LCK-19 folding stock as based on the photos.

The MRK Series (AEGs/EBBs)

The LCT Airsoft MRK-74 and MRK-105 AEGs seem to indicate a new MRK series though this is not reflected at the company’s website. These can also be updated versions of the LCK-74 and the LCK-105 AEGs.

Looking at the photos, both the MRK-74 and MRK-105 AEGs share the same fixed stock.
