For fans of the Ruger 10/22 rifle and that also goes for the owner of the of the KJW Works KC-02 Airsoft Gas Blowback Rifle if ever an airsoft version is made, Enoch Industries have designed a new chassis for the one of the best selling .22LR rimfire rifles. The ODIN Chassis builds on the strength of the Ruger 10/22 as being a highly customizable rifle which many manufacturers of aftermarket upgrades and components for firearms recognise and also have built products around the 10/22.

The ODIN Chassis gives the 10/22 an chassis with M-Lok slots that are located at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions.

“This new chassis fills the gap in the market for a lightweight, modular system for the 10/22 platform,” said Joseph Sudderth, CEO of Enoch Industries in a press release. “While on the hunt for a lightweight chassis to upgrade a 10/22, we couldn’t find anything on the market that fit the bill. So we set out to design one that provided the flexibility and versatility that we needed, and the ODIN Chassis System was born.”

It weighs only 12.2 oz and incorporates current AR-15 attachment standards which allow the user to configure the rifle to their liking. Before the release of the ODIN Chassis, users can only use the Picatinny system for configuring their rifles.

Machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum the ODIN Chassis also offers up two steel, 360-degree quick disconnects located on both sides of the chassis which is ideal for running a sling. It also provides attaching a new standard of stocks and pistol braces.

The chassis can also accept non-beavertail AR-15 grips, but some beavertail grips may need some modifications to fit. It also fits all standard, non-takedown receivers although it cannot acceot the Supergrade.

For those serious in getting the ODIN Chassis, it is now available in the U.S., with the exception of Puerto Rico and can be had for US$225.00. For owners of the KJ Works KC-02 GBB rifle, it is possible to install this but may require modding as some airsofters have been able to install aftermarket parts for the 10/22 to their KC-02s with some modding, especially in the stock area.
