As promised, we're coming out with another survey, and this time it is our annual Online Airsoft Satisfaction Survey. We will be comparing results from the 2007 Online Airsoft Satisfaction survey which you can read here. Since Christimas is just around the corner, we are all hoping that there have been improvements since last year. This survey always serves as a guidepost to thos­e wanting to go into airsoft business online and will help them greatly improve their online customer service.

This survey will run for about thirty (30) days, and results shall be posted within one (1) week after end of survey. This survey shall end on 09 November 2008.
