Update On The Custom M4 Recoil Mechanism

OptimusPrime

We got many positive feedback and some apprehensions regarding the featured M4 Recoil mechanism which we posted a week ago. These have been communicated to XRL Workx, the owner of the technology, and some corrections or adjustments have been made in order to make the mechanism available to airsofters wherever in the world they are. The latest test reports have been very encouraging in terms of reliability and performance with Filipino airsoft players already lining up their door to have their M4s equipped with this latest cool feature.

You can view the previous story here and we are happy to announce the following:

1. M4 Recoil Conversion Kit By March 2008

Pricing is being finalised and a website is in the works in order to provide pricing and technical details online. A limited release worldwide will be ready by March 2008 to interested airsoft players who have the technical expertise to install these into their M4s.

XRL Workx is also finalising the list of brands/models that this mechanism will fit into. So please check here for updates or when their website goes online.

2. Retailers and Dealers are Welcome

Airsoft retailers and dealers worldwide are very much welcome to avail of the conversion kit and be given support. Some airsoft players would prefer their nearest retailers or airsoft gunsmiths to install the conversion kit. This is a great addition especially to retailers who offer custom airsoft gun services and upgrades.

3. Recoil Mech For Other Airsoft Replicas

There are requests for those who prefer other airsoft replicas such as AKs, HKs, and the like. XRL Workx is proceeding with the prototype building of other replicas that could take in this technology.

It is most-likely that pre-orders for the M4 Recoil Conversion Kit will be taken by February 2008, given the limited availability of this kit. If you would like to reserve your conversion kit before March 2008, please do email [email protected] as we were asked to be the point of contact temporarily until they have their email addresses and website up and running.

Retailers and Dealers are given priority for the pre-orders so there is no guarantee yet that you will be accommodated with your pre-order sent through [email protected] as we just send the list to XRL Workx. But it would be best to hold-off until the website is up and running.

Stay tuned for more....
