Spartan Village Mid Ride Holster
I never really had success using drop-leg pistol holsters no matter how tacticool I would look using them. I ruined two, three were ill-fitting, and one was just a headache to adjust. And belt mounted ones are not comfortable for me. Perhaps Spartan Village might have been thinking of me when they develop the new Mid Ride Holsters since it sits midway the thighs and waist. You can select the holster depeding on the pistol that you usually use.
"The new Mid Ride Holster has been designed to suit the needs of shooters who prefer to have their weapon sit lower on their belt. This allows the proper clearance needed when the shooter is wearing a plate carrier, chest rig, or tactical vest that has pouches or other gear mounted above where their holster would usually sit. The lower ride height allows for a proper and confident draw without the worry of other gear getting in the way when seconds count. Our Mid Ride Holster is also available in a configuration that allows the use of a weapon mounted light."
