If you're looking for the full set of the A-TACS FG version BDU made by Propper International, Airsoft Atlanta now have these in stock and to get the complete set (Coat, Trouser, and Boonie Hat) you will have to shell out US$131.97 which is a good price anyway. We prefer the FG version better than the original A-TACS camo pattern since we're mainly play in woodlands in the lush British countryside.

Propper A-TACS ACU COAT (FG)

The Propper A-TACS ACU COAT (FG) - since the launch of the original A-TACS Camo Pattern, people have been asking for a green variant of the pattern. The easy answer would have been to create a simple re-color of the existing pattern and release it as a green variant. Taking that approach may have been easier and faster however, it would not have been the correct way to create an effective temperate climate pattern. The characteristic environmental elements and shapes found in greener, more temperate settings needed to be addressed.  The FG stands for Foliage Green, or sometimes Forest Green.  Great for those that want camouflage in the woods - great for Georgia!

The answer was found in the creation of an entirely new pattern based on the A-TACS Camo’s unique 'pattern within a pattern' concept. The addition of simulated depth was also necessary in order to add visual disruption to further break up the human silhouette.

Utilizing numerous shades of green sampled directly from a variety of forested and transitional terrain elements combined with various shades of earth, A-TACS FG Camo was developed to be effective in a wide range of temperate environments.

Propper ACU uniforms are sewn to military specification (FQ/PD 04-04A) with vat-dyed 65% Polyester/35% Cotton Battle-Rip fabric. Hook and loop-faced patches can accommodate rank insignia, unit patch, and name tapes. The mandarin collar can be worn up or down, and the hook and loop sleeve cuff closure provides positive closure. Its 3-slot pen pocket on the left sleeve and shoulder pockets are designed to fit optimally with the OTV. Name-tape and patches not included. Battle Rip version available in A-TACS green only.

In use by the US Military since the Vietnam War, the Boonie hat has proven itself useful for providing shade and camouflage. Equipped with 'branch loops,' the user can insert local foliage into the hat itself to provide additional natural concealment. The attached chin strap provide extra security making sure you don't loose your cover.
