Novritsch will represent and put the RedWolf Airsoft in a positive light and it this usually happens when RedWolf Airsoft finds the person able to project the values and ethics of the company. Don't worry, Novritsch won't be having the big red RedWolf logo on his forehead when he goes out for some airsoft sniping missions, just at the safe zone. ;)
