It looks like the Brain Exploder found the best hop-up setup for his Silverback Airsoft SRS... "After trying several combinations of barrels, hop up variants (r-hop, flat hop, traditional, s-hop), nubs and even hop up units I think I might finally have the perfect combo.

Thanks for Silverback for sending me the hot off the press FAST hop unit which I have to admit is a much better solution than my own design but I am too excited about the accuracy I am getting out of this gun in the early tests to care.

In the video I am using my Silverback SRS, now upgraded with a shorter front end and the Silverback SRS suppressor giving it a more compact feel but I can still easily fit a Gen 2 510mm Miracle Barrel inside.

The barrel is S-hopped using the Sugru mod http://amzn.to/2hTolpi. I am using a flat hop nub from Maple Leaf (I think) which I have notched in the center to make a V shaped groove to apply pressure to the sides of the BB instead of the top.

The gun has an upgraded spring putting out about 500 fps and I am using the Pull Bolt system from Silverback which makes cocking it that much easier.
