The slow decline of print magazines continues and with it comes another news of a publishing institution closing down. Harris Publications which is known for their "Combat Handguns", "Survivor's Edge", "Tactical Weapons", and more special interest magazines, have announced that they are closing down, unable to compete with digital media.
